During my internship at Lava I was given the opportunity to contribute images, text and ideas to an HIV/AIDS awareness campaign the studio did for Mainline, Amsterdam. These are a few of my spreads from the campaign booklet (layout design by Jeroen Disch, Lava).

The first illustration tells the story of an Indian woman facing the stigma of having HIV.

Final Major Project
2007

My final major project at Camberwell college was composed of books and prints about public halls, and the diversity of gatherings held in them. This is a book about a children’s holiday club. A paper model room I made was the base for a variety of different scenes inspired by stories of the past ten years at the holiday club. The model-making theme of the book suggested the potential to be creative at the club – the experience would be whatever
the children made of it. Apologies/respect to Thomas Demand.
